Micro Probe System is suitable to measure and analyze the Electrical & Optical properties of the materials under various environmental conditions; Temperature, Vacuum, Humidity, Gas flow, Irradiation of light, and X-ray. The inner volume of MPS is less than 100cc. It’s possible to control the test condition quickly and easily. The most interesting is the probing method. The manual type probe makes an electrical contact on the sample holding it on the stage at the same time.
