  • D-ReX Series

  • The D-ReX Series combines precision, flexibility, and ease of use in fixed gas detection systems. It is available for ambient air monitoring at the Point of Use (PoU), with a remote sensor that can be mounted up to 1,200 meters away at the Point of Installation (PoI), or with an integrated pump for extractive monitoring of gases from the Point of Sampling (PoS). The D-ReX PoS can also be combined with the Py-ReX pyrolyzer to detect gases that cannot be measured directly due to their chemical composition.

    Each version supports a wide range of electrochemical, infrared, and catalytic sensors to monitor more than 60 gases. A high-resolution color display with plain-text messages ensures intuitive operation. Featuring Power-over-Ethernet, Modbus RTU/TCP, and an integrated web server, D-ReX devices are easy to integrate into plant control systems. Tool-free sensor exchange and hot-swappable smart cartridges minimize downtime and service effort. Designed and manufactured in Germany, D-ReX delivers reliable and efficient safety monitoring for semiconductor, chemical, and industrial applications.

  • The Py-ReX pyrolyzer extends the detection capability of the D-ReX Series (D-ReX PoS and D-ReX PoS²) to gases that cannot be directly measured, such as fluorine- and chlorine-containing compounds. By thermally decomposing these target gases into detectable reaction products, Py-ReX enables precise measurement even at low concentrations. Unlike radiation-based systems, Py-ReX uses a filament heating principle and operates completely without radioactive materials, reducing safety and disposal concerns. Compact, durable, and maintenance-friendly, it is the ideal solution for advanced semiconductor fabs requiring reliable gas detection for process and exhaust monitoring.
  • D-ReX PoS²
    Compact point-of-sampling gas detector with integrated pump and easy front access for ultra-fast maintenance. Designed for semiconductor fabs with limited space and high uptime requirements....

  • Based on the proven D-ReX hardware platform and using the same software, the D-ReX PoS² combines compact design with maximum serviceability for space-constrained semiconductor environments. Its integrated pump enables gas extraction up to 30 meters from the sampling point, while the front-hinged housing allows quick replacement of the sensor cartridge and pump components. Smart sensors come pre-calibrated and can be hot-swapped to minimize downtime. Optional Line Integrity Monitoring detects leaks or blockages in sampling lines early, enhancing system safety and reliability. With Power-over-Ethernet, Modbus TCP/RTU, and a built-in web interface, the D-ReX PoS² integrates seamlessly into large-scale monitoring systems — delivering efficient, space-saving, and user-friendly gas detection.
