    • Valex manufactures ultra-high purity stainless steel tube, pipe, and fittings designed for the most demanding high-purity process applications, including semiconductor, data center cooling, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. Products are available in a broad range of sizes and configurations, all produced to exacting dimensional tolerances and stringent surface quality standards. Electropolished and mechanically polished finishes are available, with surface roughness (Ra) as low as 5 µin to ensure optimal cleanliness and corrosion resistance. All products are precision cleaned, capped, bagged, and double-bagged in a cleanroom environment. Valex fittings—including elbows, tees, reducers, and custom components—are engineered for compatibility and leak-tight performance in orbital welding and high-purity systems. With decades of manufacturing expertise and global production capabilities, Valex sets the standard for consistency, reliability, and purity in stainless steel fluid handling components.

    • Valex manufactures a comprehensive line of stainless steel components for high-purity and industrial fluid systems. Products include ultra-high purity (UHP), high-purity (HP), and Cleaned for Oxygen Service (CFOS) tube, pipe, and fittings, available with electropolished and mechanically polished finishes. BPE-compliant tube and fittings meet stringent biopharmaceutical standards. Vacuum components include butt-welded NW/KF, ISO-K, ISO-F, CF flanges, adapters, and bellows. Manifolds are available in PCW, CFOS, and UHP configurations with options for ball, diaphragm, and bellows valves. Process Cooling Water (PCW) supply and return sticks offer a compact footprint with accurate flow control. CFOS gas sticks are fully integrated and forged. Valex also provides high-purity ball valves and custom weldments. All components are manufactured to tight tolerances, with global distribution to meet customer needs worldwide.

    • Valex manifolds and integrated assemblies are engineered for high-purity gas and liquid distribution in semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. Available in Ultra-High Purity (UHP), High Purity (HP), and Cleaned for Oxygen Service (CFOS) configurations, these systems are designed to meet stringent process requirements. Options include ball, diaphragm, and bellows valves; tube stub or pipe connections; and a variety of flow control and monitoring features. PCW manifolds and supply/return sticks are compact, pre-engineered solutions that reduce installation time and footprint. Gas stick assemblies are available fully forged and integrated to minimize particle generation and leak paths. All components are cleaned, assembled, and double-bagged in ISO-classified cleanrooms to ensure purity. With global distribution and application-specific customization, Valex delivers precision-engineered assemblies for critical fluid system performance.
