PEER® Tool Orchestrator (PTO®) is a multiplatform, SEMI Standards compliant, automation and control solution used by OEMs to automate semiconductor equipment. Featuring a fully customizable and extensible framework and GUI-based tool designer, PTO lowers costs by simplifying tool design and accelerating integration into semiconductor manufacturing environments.

With support for Windows and Linux, containerization, and a flexible architecture using Microsoft .NET, PTO can be adapted to fit the needs of any tool while taking advantage of a common framework and standardized components. EIB OEM provides a SEMI Standards-compliant equipment control interface to provide communications and operations for either GEM or 300mm services, enabling enhanced capabilities such as SEMI Equipment Performance Tracking (EPT).
