    A combination of multiple material handling technologies designed to optimize the transportation of wafers, components, or products in high-tech manufacturing environments such as semiconductor fobs. ...

    • Extremely High Throughput- deliver 600–800 carriers/hour per direction, enabling over 4,500 moves/hour in a typical 30-bay system with minimal OHT movement and no traffic congestion
    • Low Initial & Running Cost- requires less than half the OHT units due to shorter travel distances, with lower initial and ownership costs
    • Zero Floor-Standing Stocker- abundant overhead buffer shelves satisfy entire WIP requirements eliminating the need for any floor-standing stockers
    • Adaptable to Low Ceiling Fabs- Despite the two level OHT-Conveyor layout, the minimum ceiling height required is as low as 3.5m, thus enabling its use in older low ceiling Fabs
