TOK has contributed to the evolution of semiconductors by refining the world's highest level of microfabrication and purification technologies.

 In the area of semiconductor-use photoresists, which are our main products, we have a full lineup of products from the advanced field to the legacy field and are contributing to the manufacture of advanced electronic devices.

In addition to materials for microprocessing the semiconductor circuit line widths, we also develop and manufacture materials for higher-densifying semiconductor devices.

We also manufacture semiconductor-use high-purity chemicals, including clean solutions, thinners, and developers with the highest purity in the world by absolutely minimizing impurities in the product.

Finally, TOK's greatest strength is our customer-oriented strategy which makes it possible to deliver semiconductor-use photoresists and high-purity chemicals to customers worldwide. We have been establishing development and manufacturing sites in the U.S. South Korea, and Taiwan where many semiconductor manufacturers  are located, and we will accelerate customer-oriented development and establish the system to respond accurately and promptly to customer demands.
