  • Sangir has been actively supplying Dual-Containment piping systems to Semi-conductor, polysilicon and Solar-Cell manufacturing companies as well as other industries.

     

    Sangir Dual-Containment Piping systems, with Kynar PVDF piping systems as the carrier-pipe and HDPE PE100 as the outer containment-pipe, is being used successfully for conveyance of Liquid Bromine, which you must know is a very hazardous and aggressive substance. A full range of Dual-Containment fittings are also available with us, and we have the expertise to manufacture, supply and install.

     

    In Semi-conductor and Solar Cell manufacturing projects, the Dual-Containment (PVDF+HDPE) and (PPH+HDPE) Piping systems, are specifically used for Nitric acid and its derivatives, HCL, ad-mixtures of various toxic and fuming chemicals,  Hydrogen Peroxide and Chlorine containing chemicals, for safe transfer of aggressive and hazardous chemicals.

     

    Sangir has supplied Dual-Containment piping to a renowned Semi-Conductor Project Located in USA, the order was to the tune of 2+ Million USD, where the all the dual-containment spools were manufactured in India and shipped to USA.

  • Features of Sangir high-purity PFA tubes in the semiconductor industry

    1. Extremely high purity: High-purity PFA tubing is manufactured from raw materials that have been rigorously purified to ensure that they are virtually free of any impurities, which is critical in the semiconductor production process, as even the smallest amount of contamination can have a significant impact on the performance of semiconductor devices.

    2. Chemical resistance: PFA tubing is extremely resistant to almost all known chemicals and solvents, including strong acids, strong bases, and various organic solvents, which is extremely important for chemical transportation and storage in semiconductor production processes.

    3. High temperature stability: High-purity PFA tubes can maintain stable physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range from -80°C to +260°C, and can adapt to the high-temperature process steps involved in semiconductor production.

    4. Cleanliness and low particle generation: Due to its smooth and non-porous surface structure, the PFA tube is not easy to adsorb particulate pollutants during use, and the number of particles produced by itself is very small, so as to effectively ensure the cleanliness requirements in the ultra-clean environment.
