Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions supplies turbomolecular vacuum pumps, dry vacuum pumps, and measurement equipment for  applications including PVD, CVD, lithography, etch and implant processes as well as back-end applications. For inspection and metrology, we provide low-vibration vacuum solutions. Additionally, we offer leak detectors and systems for contamination management. Pfeiffer also manufactures flanges, valves, fittings and chambers as well as custom components.

    The Series E valve line features an electric actuation system designed for total control and high performance. This system includes a fail-safe mechanism so the valve can return to the desired position upon loss of power. It also includes the ability to put the valve in “local mode”, enabling the user to manually operate the valve as needed when servicing their vacuum system.
