    The Electro Minerals Division (EMD) of CUMI has leveraged decades of expertise in silicon carbide manufacturing to develop this next-generation material through refined processes and precision-controlled technologies.

    CUMI Krysta HPSiC is available in three purity grades, each crafted to meet the stringent requirements of high-performance industries:

    • 3N HPSiC
      A high-purity grade ideal for technical ceramics and general semiconductor applications.

    • 4N HPSiC
      Enhanced purity for advanced semiconductor processes and high-end ceramic technologies.

    • 5N HPSiC

    CUMI Krysta High Purity Silicon Carbide is a premium material engineered to meet the stringent demands of the semiconductor and advanced technical ceramics industries. Manufactured under strict quality controls and refined through proprietary purification processes, Krysta HPSiC offers exceptional chemical purity, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and excellent mechanical strength. These attributes make it an ideal material for high-performance applications where purity and consistency are paramount.

    To cater to various performance requirements, Krysta HPSiC is offered in three distinct purity grades—3N, 4N, and 5N, where "N" denotes the number of nines in purity percentage. Each grade is tailored for specific end-use cases, offering increasing levels of purity to suit different performance and contamination control needs.

    3N HPSiC – High Purity Grade

    Applications:

    Technical Ceramics:

    Used in components such as kiln furniture, burners, nozzles, wear-resistant parts, and seals where mechanical strength, wear resistance, and thermal shock resistance are essential.
