This transparent white color tape, the original color of PTFE, 
consists of silicone adhesive applied to a base material made of fluoroplastics (PTFE) film which offers excellent flexibility and surface smoothness. 

Applications
・ Used as masking tape in wafer production line.
・ Attaching on the numbering strips of production equipment.
・ Can be used  in the highly sanitized environment, for example, in the Clean room, as it is a fluoroplastics adhesive tape with a plastic core.

ASF-130T
This tape consists of silicone adhesive applied to a base material made of PTFE porous film (ePTFE).
In addition to the characteristics of PTFE, it has thermal insulation, waterproofing, and water repellency due to its porous structure. Its flexibility allows it to conform to complex shapes.

TEF-110
This product is a thick porous tube.
By giving a porous structure to PTFE by expansion, it has excellent flexibility and heat insulating characteristics.
We can manufacture in a complex shape and split processing is also available.

SEF-200
It is a soft porous sheet made of 100% PTFE. Due to its chemical resistance, this product can be used without elution of impurities and long-term degradation.

PTFE Integrated Tank
Manufactured using the isostatic molding method.

• Manufacture of single tanks, overflow tanks, and round tanks.
• Custom welding of fittings, bottom taper processing, and flexible drain hole positioning.

PVC Composite PTFE Tank
A double-structured box combining an ultra-thin PTFE inner surface with a PVC outer surface.
• Achieving weight reduction.
•Thin-wall integral tank, eliminating concerns about peeling.
• Uses PTFE's chemical and heat resistance, and compensates for lack of strength with the PVC outer surface.

PTFE Welded Tank
• Welding of joint parts is possible.
• Excellent welding technology provides strength and airtightness.
• Economical for small lots as molds are not required.

PTFE Cap
Prevents chemical liquid splashing and collects the liquid during single wafer cleaning.
• Excellent welding technology provides strength and airtightness.
• Welding of parts such as tubes and core materials are also possible.

This is a bubble generating unit made of fluoroplastic PTFE. 
Bubbles can be generated by blowing air into the porous PTFE sheet.
