<p>Dyna manufactures premium-quality cleanroom panels, doors, and view panels in a state-of-the-art in-house facility backed by stringent quality control. Our solutions are suitable for cleanrooms from <strong>Class 100 (ISO 5)</strong> to <strong>Class 100000 (ISO 8)</strong>. We offer both Progressive and Non-Progressive joint systems, allowing easy dismantling of individual wall panels without affecting adjacent panels. Panels are available in Galvanized Iron, Aluminium, or Stainless Steel with Rockwool, PIR, or PUF insulation and Epoxy or Pure Polyester finishes. Ceiling panels are designed to withstand loads up to <strong>150 kg/m²</strong> and are securely sealed using premium silicone sealants. Dyna also manufactures fully flush cleanroom doors, including single, double swing, and manual or automatic sliding doors. Depending on customer requirement, it can be top mounted blower type of side mounted blower type. Clean air inside the shower volume is filtered using washable Dyna Pre-Filters and Dyna HEPA filters which Dyna manufactures in-house and offers longest filter life amongst the peers. Clean air is delivered using adjustable SS nozzles mounted on top and sides of the Air Showers. Filter life is constantly monitored using a digital differential pressure guage along with a choke alarm to indicate filter replacement. Electromagnetic door interlock system ensure opening of only one door at a time to avoid cross contamination. LED lamp inside the shower volume provide excellent visibility. Pass boxes, also known are transfer boxes or hatch boxes are used for transfer of material between two cleanroom areas. While the static pass boxes are used to transfer material between cleanroom areas of same classes and dynamic pass boxes are used to transfer material between cleanroom areas of different classes. All Dyna pass boxes are made of SS 304 equipped with Dyna make Pre-Filter and HEPA Filters to deliver clean air of required quality.
