Company Introduction

           Jiangsu Qinxi New Material Co., Ltd was established in Aug, 2017 with 10,000,000 CNY registered capital. It is located in the city of Rugao, the core radiation area of Shanghai free trade test zone, meanwhile the half an hour economic zone of Shanghai,37 minutes distance to Hongqiao high speed rail station. Company covers 18 acres of land, over 40% are green area.it is a private scientific and technological enterprise concentrates on novel 2-dimensional material (black phosphorus, black phosphine) and silicon cutting and utilization of silicon mud of semiconductor, mainly service for the fields of semiconductor and Solar PV.

          The technical team has been developing the high-purity phosphorus products since 2003, and the research of silicon cutting and utilization of silicon mud of semiconductor from 2013. Equipped with the advanced ICP-OES and ICP-MS test facilities, Qinxi afford precisely and effectively quality control of the products.

    3. Application:

    • Synthesize semi-conductive chemical compound such as indium phosphide (InP) and gallium phosphide (GaP).

    • Its chemical compound POCl3, PBr3 can be used in N type diffusion doping.

    • Its chemical compound TMP, TEP, TMPO, TEPO used in the process of CVD.

    • Can be the ion source in the ion implantation technology in solar PV field.

    • Black phosphorus manufacturing.

      4. Storage and transportation

    • Marks of package:Solid easy to catch fire.

    • Package Method:Vacuum packaged with PE plastic bag and put in tin boxes.

    • Storage Condition:Stored in cool and dry warehouse with the construction of incombustible material where ventilation is excellent. The container should be sealed to avoid leaking and wet. Can’t exposure under the sun.

      Package Specification: Can be packed from 10g to 1000g according to customer’s usage.
