  • Prodrive Technologies’ Zeus High Performance Cabinet (ZHPC) is an industrial-grade, liquid cooled computing cabinet for demanding embedded applications such as motion control and image processing. It is designed for industrial environments, with features such as smoke detection, leakage detection, and Emergency Machine Off (EMO) functionality. With a built-in heat exchanger, fans and a power distribution unit, it is a complete solution for housing, powering and cooling up to 41 rack units of equipment. ZHPC can operate standalone but is also provisioned for easy integration in larger systems.

  • Our vacuum compatible motors are designed to achieve low working pressures and low outgassing values to minimize the impact on sensitive processes. Each material used in our vacuum motors is individually analyzed for low outgassing, with our in-house RGA system. This allows us to offer a standard and a high-vacuum line of vacuum motors. The standard vacuum motors achieve a working pressure down to 1e-5 Pa by applying a standard cost-efficient potted coil unit. The high-performance motors are suitable for high-vacuum, by applying materials with lower outgassing rates. By means of applying rectangular copper wires the packing factor of all vacuum motors is increased, which improves the efficiency and leads to a lower heat load on the vacuum system.

  • Prodrive Technologies introduces its disruptive tailored bias waveform generator to provide direct control of the sheath ion energy distribution in plasma processing. The tailored waveform output offers independent control over current and voltage and is measured in real-time. This direct control of the sheath ion energy greatly enhances the control and precision of etch and deposition processes compared to conventional RF biasing, enabling customization of ion energy distribution to allow very narrow distributions and tail elimination. This results in optimized process speed and maximum selectivity for sensitive features. It also reduces the energy consumption of the biasing, increasing the efficiency of the system with respect to conventional technologies.
