ユーザーフレンドリーなソフトウエア

新たな装置制御ソフトウェア「elms（エルムス）」を標準搭載しました。CAD変換やビーム調整，描画実行，SEM観察など様々な機能を整理して分割することにより、必要な機能が見つけやすくなり、作業性が格段にアップしています。アカウント管理機能もあるため、ユーザーのレベルに合わせた機能制限等も可能です。

これまで大電流で描画を行う際は、最小ドーズタイムと最適なドーズ量のバランスから、ショットピッチを広く設定する必要がありました。400 MHz スキャンクロックでは、最小ドーズタイムが従来の 1 / 4 となり、これまで不可能だった大電流かつ狭ピッチでの描画が可能となり、より高速で高品質な描画を実現します。

高速化したステージ速度

描画フィールドをたくさん並べたり、描画中にアライメントマークの検出を繰り返したりすると、ステージの駆動回数が増えてしまいます。このような描画を行う際は、ステージの駆動速度が重要となります。BODEN∑では高速駆動が可能なステージを採用することで、スループットを重視する産業用途に有利な仕様となっております。

外乱の影響を低減

装置本体を囲う風防と磁場キャンセラーを標準搭載。設置環境の外乱を低減し、安定したプロセスを実現します。
