TNO's Semiconductor equipment program is focussed on optical inspection and metrology technology, Contamination Control (Particles and Molecular), Optical Sensor development and quantum technology (Computing, Internet and Sensor) and is supported by extensive clean room. Typical projects: technology studies, prototype development, expert training, design review support; EUV material evaluation and problems solving consultancy.
