三菱ガス化学株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区、社長：藤井 政志、以下、当社）は、12月11日～13日に東京ビッグサイトで開催される「Advanced Packaging and Chiplet Summit（APCS）」において、プリント配線板用積層材料や微細配線向け薬液、脱酸素剤を紹介いたします。HPC(ハイパフォーマンスコンピューティング）を実現する半導体パッケージ用低熱膨張BT 材料、エッジデバイスの小型化・高密度化を実現する薄葉BT材料、微細回路パターン向け薬液、パッケージ基板の酸化劣化を防止する工業製品用脱酸素乾燥包装材のRPシステムⓇなどを出展いたします。
Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Masashi Fujii, President; hereinafter referred to as “MGC”) will introduce laminate materials for printed circuit boards, chemicals for fine wiring and Oxygen Absorbers at the Advanced Packaging and Chiplet Summit (APCS) to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from December 11 to 13.
We will exhibit low thermal expansion BT materials for semiconductor packaging that realize HPC (High Performance Computing), thin BT materials that realize miniaturization and high density of edge devices, and chemicals for fine circuit patterns, and the RPsystem, oxygen and moisture free packaging for industrial products.
