In our laboratory, we are conducting research and development of plasma equipment used in semiconductor device manufacturing equipment. We are mainly aiming to develop new types of high-frequency plasma equipment for sputtering equipment and PECVD equipment. At this exhibition, we will explain in detail the principles and features of the equipment we have recently developed.
