「Booth6328」では半導体後工程の向けの半導体検査治具TZ3300シリーズを紹介します。微細加工性と低誘電特性に優れた様々な製品を紹介します。
Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Yoshinori Isahaya, President; hereinafter referred to as “MGC”) will introduce laminate materials for printed circuit boards, chemicals for fine wiring and Oxygen Absorbers at the Advanced Packaging and Chiplet Summit (APCS) to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from December 17 to 19.
We will exhibit low thermal expansion BT materials for semiconductor packaging that realize HPC (High Performance Computing), thin BT materials that realize miniaturization and high density of edge devices, and chemicals for fine circuit patterns, and the RPsystem, oxygen and moisture free packaging for industrial products.
At Booth 6328, we will introduce the TZ3300 series of semiconductor inspection jigs for semiconductor back-end processes. We showcase a variety of products with excellent fine machinability and low dielectric characteristics.
