SVCS develop, manufacture and install front-end semiconductor equipment from small compact “table top” thermal reactors used for R&D institutes and universities to big furnaces used for mass production in semiconductor industry. Our new development brings on the market high temperature furnaces for annealing wafers made from silicon carbide, together with with batch ALD systems. Another production line is dedicated for gas and liquid delivery systems, from gas cabinets and VMBs to complex “gas jungles” for various semiconductor tools delivery systems.
