Tempress Systems B.V., located in the Netherlands, is a 50-year-old manufacturer of advanced thermal processing equipment for the semiconductor industry. We fabricate equipment for integrated circuits, MEMS, optoelectronic devices, and power semiconductors. Tempress offers high-temperature diffusion furnaces for oxidation, annealing and doping, and LPCVD processes such as Nitride, low stress/low loss Nitride Teos, and Poly. Our systems are available for up to 300 mm wafer size on horizontal and vertical furnace platforms, suitable for R&D, pilot lines and high-volume production. Systems can be equipped with full automation foup to foup, wafer transfer and lift automation, and built according to ISO, CE and Semi S2 standards.
