API has grown into one of the leading atmospheric-pressure plasma makers in the world through continuous effort to secure a fundamental competitive edge. We are investing and supporting R&D to produce high-density, high-efficiency plasma which suits for our customer’s needs. Our R&D facility has various atmospheric-pressure plasma treatment equipment and surface measurement equipment to support customers.

API’s atmospheric-pressure plasma surface treatment equipment “i” Series is a representative equipment of 3-Dimensional air pressure plasma equipment used in a variety of industries, both domestic and overseas. Various equipment in API is ready for immediate support at any site in Korea and abroad. Our comprehensive and extensive experience will provide greater value to our customers with outstanding product performance.

 Products

  • iZET
"i" Series's iZET models are ultra-high-speed-atmospheric-pressure treatment equipment that improves product completeness for a wide range of applications across the industry, providing the most effective value added to customer products....

  • The ultra-high-density ion plasma, emitted from the iZET nozzle which is ideally designed and constructed, breaks down various organisms, discharges and removes micro-particles, etches nano scale surface and forms highly reactive radical groups. From these effects, it is easy to create ultra-clean or functional surfaces

  • iREV
"i" Series's iREV models are an ultra-high-range, low-temperature, atmospheric-pressure plasma surface treatment that improves product completeness...

  •  for a wide range of applications across the industry providing the most effective value added to customer products. Ideally designed for optimal effectiveness, the iREV head assembly has a very low vibration even during high speed revolutions so that it ensures a long life. The ultra-dense, low-temperature ion plasma injected from the iREV nozzles breaks down various organisms, discharges and removes micro-particle, etches nano scale surface and forms highly reactive radical groups. From these effects, it is easy to create ultra-clean or functional surfaces.

  • iFLA
"i" Series' iFLA models are ultra-fast, wide-range, flame plasma surface processing equipment that increases product completeness in a wide variety of applications across the industry, providing the most effective value added to customer products....

  • Ideally designed and engineered, high- efficiency burners generate high-density ions and electrons through completion process. The flame plasma decomposes and removes the various organic substances, discharges or removes micro particles, etches nano scale surface increases nano scale surface etching, and forms highly reactive radical groups by ionic collision. In addition, the product surface can be coated with functional oxides or nitrates using a precursor. From these effects, you can easily create ultra clean or functional surfaces.

  • iCVC
"i" Series's iCVC models are ultra-fast, atmospheric plasma coating equipment that improves product completeness for a wide variety of applications across the industry, providing the most effective value-added customer products....

  • The ultra-density ion plasma emitted from the iCVC nozzles,  which is ideally designed and constructed, breaks down various organisms, discharges and remove micro particles, etches nano scale surface and forms highly reactive radical groups. At the same time, it reacts with the pre-cursors to form various thin films to the surface such as oxides and nitrates at atmospheric pressure. From these effects, functional thin film coating surfaces can be easily created on ultra-high clean surfaces.

BEWARE - Special Warning Notice about ExpoGuide and FAIRGuide

With the ongoing solicitations, SEMI would like to continue to alert you with questionable professional practices perpetrated against exhibitors by FairGuide.com (Austria) and Expo Guide (Mexico), Event Fair - The Exhibitors' Guide with their misleading directory services. There may be others that we are not aware of and are hence not named here.

These companies provide legitimate exhibition guides aimed at exhibitors across the globe offering online listing services. They use a form which resembles and organizer's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money, with very limited foreseeable benefits. The details are often available on the form itself, but are often too small and insignificant to be noticed. It is always wise to really the small print before signing a contract, and if the information is impossible to read then the contract should not be signed. These publications have no connection with SEMI or any of our events, and it is important that all companies are made aware of this.

Should you receive any communication from the Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com or related company, please IGNORE THEM COMPLETELY and DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM IN ANY WAY.
