We, FUJIFILM Electronic Materials are a 100% owned subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation. Since our establishment in 1983 as a manufacturer, supplier and marketer of photoresist, which is a photosensitive fine chemical material for semiconductor manufacturing, we have been expanding our business by providing constantly newer photoresist products to the market. We have also developed various kinds of unique microelectronic material products in the mean-time; for instance, ancillary chemicals, materials for Cu-wiring process, and furthermore, “COLOR MOSAIC®”, color resist material for the micro-color filter fabrication. We will contribute to the progress of the world by continuously providing fine chemicals of high quality, useful for the microelectronic industry highly functionalized photosensitive products, for example.
