ST Co. has been providing semiconductor services, especially RTP equipment related services, by utilizing 22 years of semiconductor field experience.
In addition, we are striving to develop and disseminate various environmental safety products for safety in the semiconductor and general industrial fields. One of them, Spot Type Gas Leak Monitoring System (GLMS), is currently being delivered to and installed in a large H semiconductor company in Korea.
