• (주)앤비젼, 반도체 & PCB 공정에 특화된 머신비전 솔루션 선보여 (20221225)

  머신비전 솔루션 전문 기업 앤비젼(대표 김덕표)은 오는 2월 1일부터 코엑스에서 진행될 2023 세미콘 전시회에서 

  반도체 및 PCB 검사 공정에 필요한 최신 머신 비전 포트폴리오를 선보이고, 고객들이 직접 경험해 볼 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 

   

  앤비젼은 이번 전시회에서 고속 AOI 검사에 최적화된 LED Strobe 솔루션 및 Wafer Crack 및 비파괴 투과 검사 솔루션을 메인으로 선보여, 앤비젼만의 차별화된 광학 설계 및 솔루션 제공 역량을 선보일 예정이다. 또한 반도체 패키지 외관 검사용 카메라 솔루션(25M/67M/127M)을 비롯한 고속 3D 측정 솔루션(G5504) 등을 라이브 데모로 선보인다.

  특히 이번 전시회에서 선보일 Revox사의 조명 SLG-150V-NIR 모델은 NIR 대역에서 찾기 힘든 High power LED를 커스텀 제작하여, 850/940/1060/1100 nm  파장대역의 제품을 선택할 수 있다. 이는 Sillicon Wafer, PCB 기판 검사 등의 Applications에서 가시광선 대역보다 더 높은 변별력을 제공함으로써 검출력을 높일 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

  또한, 이번 전시에 출품하는 딥러닝 프로그램 Neuro-T는 자동 학습 기능이 탑재되어 있어 한번에 불량 검출이 가능하고, 현재 PCB외관 검사 등 주요 고객사들의 프로젝트에 성공적으로 적용하였다.
