The Orbitalservice CWH5H and CWH10H have been designed to respond to the highest demands in the high purity welding industries. The heavy duty integrated water cooling makes
this head unique on the market.

Designed for high-purity welding applications, the CWH5H and CWH10H provide exceptional cooling and efficiency for small-diameter tubing (3.0 mm – 25.4 mm, wall thickness up to 2.0 mm). These heads feature a removable clamping block for easy positioning in both inline and prefab production. The integrated heavy-duty water cooling system prevents overheating, reduces cooling time, and boosts productivity—making them an ideal choice for industries like semiconductors.

CWH Series – Slim & Versatile Closed Weld Heads
The CWH series offers the slimmest closed weld heads in orbital welding, covering diameters from 3 mm to 114.3 mm (0.12" – 4.5"). The spring steel clamping system (CWH 21 & CWH 38) ensures easy handling, reusability, and cost efficiency, while the CWH 21 can convert into a scroll block for precise, centered welding. Larger models (CWH 53, CWH 76, CWH 115) feature a water-cooled, spring-loaded clamping system for secure, high-quality welds.
