  • Servo Cylinder-DGTH/DGTY Series

    • Carriage rigidity strengthened

             Actuator body and carriage are made from steel that can impore the rigidness of body and carriage. Reduced width that can fitting in the compact environments.

    • Applied servo motor

             using the driven of servo motor , can keep the same torque in the high speed. Therefore, the power of speed will be better than steeping motor with the long stroke actuator.The Controller which is the first and innovative in the industry can simultaneously support three different control modes and controller  can do the outputting signal of motor encoder (optional) to the host control unit. (Pulse、I/O、Communication)

    • Rigidity higher , better fluency for main frame

             Adopt aluminum material for mainframe which makes body strengthened (Compared to ETH5M/6M). Combined steel guide with aluminum mainframe    and grinded. Which make linear accuracy increase to +/- 0.02mm(Compared to ETH10/12).

  • JTB desktop robot can reach 850mm/sec high speed. The newly developed model 500D has dual Y-axis, which can shorten the feeding time and improve production efficiency by coordinating together. It can also be combined with professional development - TOYO FSE software for being as a dispenser to make the dispensing function more abundant. The built-in CAD path switch function can make the teaching faster. With the CCD and LASER, the XYZ coordinates can be corrected, and the path can be continuously compensated. JTB desktop robot can be used in dispensing, soldering, visual inspection, precision alignment and other occasions.

  • React to the fast evolution of the bigger and faster production in the factory, we develop linear motor to fulfill the request of long stroke,high speed and high accuracy. Carry multiple top fixture, can use in multiple electronic and mechanical component like bolt, assemble,transport, screw, topping glue solder.Well known for its high precision and high speed, the linear motor can move quickly and position accurately between two points. The repeatability is able to achieve ±0.002mm. The high-speed motion reduces cycle time and improves productivity. Linear motor can be used in clean room environment, and there is no noise problem like actuator does.

    Standard linear encoder (optional select for magnetic scale) can achieve 0.001mm decomposition normally (0.0005mm decomposition to improve reproducibility is another option). It is adopted with high-precision embedded ball guide to greatly reduce the body width, to save installation space. Linear motors operate quietly, and are able to reach ± 0.02 mm / m straightness / equal altitudes, ± 0.002 mm repeatability. The structure of the one-piece aluminum extrusion type elemental analysis is the best structural design of the ratio of rigidity and weight.

  • DM series servo cylinder is a revolutionary new product introduced by TOYO in Taiwan. The DM series is equipped with DC servo motor and precision ball screw. The maximum speed is up to 1000mm/s and the precision can achieve ±0.01mm. The size is reduced as the size of a business card, which is convenient for installation and does not take up space. It can be positioned at any point in the stroke, which improves the shortcomings of the previous use of pneumatic cylinders that cannot be multi-positioning, and effectively improves the energy consumption and maintenance problems of air leakage for long-term use of the cylinder. Following the footstep of automation of smart factory, and in order to improve production efficiency and meet flexible production, DM series with XC100 controller can effectively capture the production data, upload and integrate into production big data, effectively alleviate the error, and then let the factory fulfill the real Industry 4.0.

    DM servo cylinders have three types, namely embedded guideway type, mini rail type, and economic type for customers to choose. Built-in servo motor enable DM series to be miniaturized, and no need for additional motor space and wiring. The size is designed as the same as the cylinder, so it can replace the cylinder naturally. DM series can be customized for clean room and dust-proof style. The equipped controller can meet three control modes in one machine, including position control, pulse control and communication control. It’s very flexible and handy.

  • Comparable to the cost of pneumatic gripper! CH series have four types, long-stroke type, cam structure type, ball screw type, ACME Lead screw type for customers to choose. CHY/CHG2 Series can suitable for Human-machine cooperation robot. In addition, CHY Series attached status lamps monitor use output signal of hold to make sure the situation of component has been grabbed or falling down, so it doesn’t need sensor to confirm.

    Control System Features:

    •  127 points position can be set.

    Gripping force is settable in 1% unit from 30% to100%.

    • With the position control function, the size measurement can be achieved 0.01mm.

    You also can utilize the HOLD output signal to check if the gripper fails to grip a workpiece or drops, without using a sensor.

    •  The speed and acceleration can be set within 100 mm/s.1% unit set, the speed will up 1mm/s. Multi-speeds could be set too.
    • Gripping force and speed can be controlled directly through communication signal (RS485). PLC can drive the electric gripper flexibly.
