Ultra-thin and pinhole-free, Parylene coatings provide excellent moisture, chemical and dielectric barrier protection to critical components used throughout the transportation, electronics, aerospace, defense and medical device industries. SCS Parylene HT® was specifically engineered to protect components in harsh environments, providing thermal stability up to 350°C long-term (450°C short-term) and excellent UV stability. SCS’ new halogen-free variant of Parylene, ParyFree®, offers manufacturers the same host of beneficial properties that they receive from other Parylenes, but with improved barrier properties over traditional halogen-free variants.
