Welcome to your one stop solution centre !!

ATC Group of companies is consisting of your trusted plating and coating services provider that backed by an experienced management team. Here we serve some of the largest OEMs in the semiconductors, aerospace, telecommunication, oil and gas, biomedical and optical industries. We provide our customers with a broad range of plating, cleanroom and coating services.

Our journey begins back in 2004, it was then our HQ, Applied Total Control Treatment Pte Ltd (Singapore) as known as ATCT was established and begin to support the plating industries for the Singapore base semiconductors. Over the years, we have been progressively continuing to expand our capabilities and capacity which leads to the establishment of ATC Coating in Year 2010, our first branch that focused on the powder coat and painting services.

With great vision, instead of only focusing on Singapore market, we took the chance to extend our ground into Malaysia with the launching of our Penang branch in Year 2012 under the corporate name ATC Surface Finishing Sdn Bhd (ATCSF). Shortly after about 6 years gaining the trust in Malaysia market, we have opened another branch in Kuala Lumpur called as ATC Cleantech where our first cleanroom facility is built and ready to explore more opportunities in the west side of the peninsular.

ATC Surface Finishing, our Penang branch is targeted to be the one stop solution centre as we provide both plating and powder coating services under one roof. On top of that as our HQ, ATCT back in Singapore have just recently (Year 2022) expanded from 20,000 sqft to 80,000 sqft that are equipped with 4 automation lines, the Penang site also currently very active amid expanding our ground with concrete plans to comply to wider range of plating specifications and providing cleanroom services to further support the market demands.

In ATC, we value you, our customers more than anything, and your satisfaction is what we aim for! Welcome to you! And Thank you for visiting us!

  • Gold Plating
    MIL-DTL-45204C TYPE III (99.9% Gold)
    ...

  • Gold plating is one of our special processes in our plating business. We pride ourselves in producing gold-plated goods of high purity (> 99 %) and evenness. Whether it is for aesthetic purposes or electrical applications, we can meet all of our customer’s request.

  • Anodizing
    Anodizing MIL-A-8625 F TYPE 1
    Anodizing MIL-A-8625 F TYPE 2
    Anodizing MIL-A-8625 F TYPE 3...

  • The Anodizing process is an intricate process that requires meticulous management of bath parameters, to obtain the desired ratio of build-up and etching on metal substrates. Our plating house is also able to offer a wide range of colored anodized finishing and different forms of sealings depending on the individual customer’s needs.

With years of experience in this field, we are easily able to produce consistent and quality goods to our customers.

  • Chromate Conversion Coating
    MIL-DTL-5541
    MIL-DTL-81706
    ASTM B 4491...

  • Chromate conversion coating is a passivation process used on aluminum, zinc, cadmium, copper, silver, magnesium, and tin alloys. Primarily used as a corrosion inhibitor, primer, aesthetic finish, or to retain electrical conductivity.
  • Electropolishing
    ASTM B 912
    AMAT 0250-13605 / ASTM B 912...

  • Electropolishing (EP) is defined as electrochemical polishing or electrolytic polishing. It is an electrochemical process that removes material from a metallic substrate. The purpose of this finishing is to polish, passivate, and deburr metal parts. EP is often referred to as the reverse of electroplating. It may be used instead of abrasive fine polishing in microstructural preparation.

  • Dry / Solid film lubricant coatings are a desirable alternative to fluid lubricants for minimizing friction and preventing seizing and galling, especially in high or low-temperature environments where fluids lubricants may freeze or vaporize.

ATC Coating Pte Ltd offers the following solid film lubricant or dry film lubricant coatings:

    Xylan

Xylan Coatings solve the problems created when the ideal material for use in engineering construction has the wrong surface properties. Parts made from materials with the optimum strength, weight, and cost may corrode, seize, or gall. Xylan coatings provide a working surface, tailored to the application.

Xylan is a combination of low-friction fluoropolymer compounds in a matrix of strong, stabile organic polymers. This fluoropolymer coating exhibits excellent surface wear characteristics along with lubrication, non-stick, and release properties and resistance to friction, heat, cold, corrosion, and chemicals.

    Molybdenum Disulfide

Molybdenum Disulfide coatings, also known as Moly Coat, are dry film lubricants that provide friction protection in high load-bearing applications. The surface of a coated substrate can maintain lubricant qualities up to 250,000 psi.

Moly Coats are commonly used in applications where load carrying capacity, operating temperature, and coefficient of friction are primary concerns. Moly coatings lubricate sacrificially by transferring lubricant between the two mating surfaces, which helps to reduce wear and coefficient of friction.

Moly coats are a combination of molybdenum disulfide lubricant and high-performance resins. Molybdenum coatings are thermally cured and thoroughly bonded to the base metal of the coated part.

    Non-Stick Dry-Film Lubricant with Teflon®Fluoropolymer
    Teflon

This unique dry-film lubricant produces a long lasting, very thin Teflon (Fluoropolymer) coating. It can repel dirt, resist corrosion and able to reduce friction and squeaks.

It’s also excellent for high temperature surface those need to be installed in machines.

  • Electroless Nickel
    AMS 2404 / ASTM B 733 / AMS-C-26074 / MIL-C-26074
    AMS 2404 / ASTM B 733 / AMS-C-26074 / MIL-C-26074...

  • Electroless nickel (EN) plating is an auto-catalytic reaction used to build up a coating of nickel on a substrate. Unlike electroplating, it is not necessary to pass an electric current through the chemical to form a deposit. This plating technique is usually used to prevent corrosion and wear.

Electroless nickel plating has many advantages as compared to electroplating. Electroless nickel provides a uniform deposit regardless of part geometry as it is free from flux-density and power supply issues. Moreover, with proper pre-plate catalyst, EN can deposit on non-conductive surfaces.
