  • The new eco-PEN XS 180 microdispenser 

    As a leading brand for precision dosing equipment, preeflow has developed the new microdispenser especially for the lowest boundary ranges in dosing quantities, and it is currently the most precise volumetric microdispenser available worldwide. The eco-PEN XS 180 therefore represents a new milestone in microdosing technology (0,25 µl **).

    preeflow's latest product doses highly precise quantities of a wide range of materials in the nanoliter and microliter ranges. Thanks to the low overall weight of approx. 175 g, high axis accelerations can be implemented for the dosing stations. The frontal adaptation of the cartridge allows the use of multiple dispensers per dosing cell in a narrow grid spacing (~25 mm).

    With regard to applicable industry sectors, the eco-PEN XS 180 can be deployed in a wide variety of applications: From electronics manufacturing to medical technology, it is possible to ensure consistently reliable and confident handling of the smallest dosing quantities in both dot and line dosing applications. Bead widths starting from >0.1 mm** can be dosed. Particularly since chip packages are getting smaller and smaller as time goes by, while PCBs continue to increase in complexity, industrial manufacturers are becoming more dependent than ever on being able to ensure precise dosing with repeat accuracy. The eco-PEN XS 180 fulfills this brief perfectly, dosing materials such as solder pastes, die-attach adhesives, edge-bond adhesives, electrically conductive adhesives, underfills or potting materials with reliability and precision.

    The SMT manufacturing industry in particular benefits from the progressive cavity technology: For one thing, it allows a wide range of viscosities to be dosed. For another, solids-laden fluids can be dosed with particularly low shear. This prevents material separations or the destruction of filler particles. Altogether, these represent significant benefits for the careful dosing of high-quality adhesives.

  • With the vipro-PUMP series, ViscoTec is launching a totally new generation of dispensers. A new design, optimised dosing components and a modular construction provide numerous opportunities for adapting the dosing equipment even more effectively to the relevant application.

    The core of the new generation is the innovative, modular design of the dispenser. On the one hand, the separable rotor assembly allows fast installation and removal of its components – this speeds up service and maintenance work, reduces machine downtimes and minimises spare part and operating costs. On the other hand, variable rotor and stator materials ensure optimum dispenser performance – for example, a ceramic rotor with matching stator is ideally suited for abrasive media, while an HVC rotor is used for standard applications (e.g. adhesives).

    An enlarged pump inlet minimises pressure loss, improves the material flow and allows easy attachment and detachment of the hose supply. Two larger modular bleed openings ensure a user-friendly and clean bleeding process and ultimately help to guarantee dosing with no air bubbles. The new stator design has an anti-rotation device and a defined non-positive connection to allow easy and intuitive assembly.

  • The eco-PEN XS 180 dosing pump from preeflow enables high-precision dosing of a wide variety of materials with different viscosities in the nano and microliter range. Our eco-PEN XS180 is a purely volumetric dispensing device that applies the smallest amounts of single-component or 1-component fluids – for high-precision dosing technology. Thanks to the ViscoTec endless piston principle, low viscous to pasty liquids are conveyed perfectly. Independent of viscosity fluctuations, a clean, process-reliable dosage is achieved. 

    The preeflow eco-PEN XS 180 is a rotating and perfectly pressure-tight displacement system. The dispenser comprises of a self-sealing rotor and stator. Conveyance action by material displacement in the stator through controlled rotor rotation. Safe conveyance without any modification of the dosing material. With its suck back option, preeflow ensures clean and controlled material or medium cut-off while preventing post-dripping effects.

  • Our Emptying Systems makes the emptying process easy. And with our accessories, barrel changes at viscosities of around 80,000 to 7,000,000 mPas are performed quickly, cleanly and in a way that is gentle on the product. Integrated into a dosing system, it is possible to not only empty containers but also to supply the application systems directly (filling fluids). And the residual quantity in your barrel is under 1% - guaranteed!

    Before a product can be filled, mixed or dosed, it is often necessary to remove it from its original container. For ViscoTec, neither the size of the barrel nor its shape makes any difference here. We will make sure that you find just the right systems (barrel emptying system, barrel unloading, cans emptying, bucket emptying, cartridge emptying systems and many more) that are perfectly coordinated to your original pail and meet your exact requirements.   • With our dosing pumps, we offer our customers reliable, exact and automatic dosing from a few microlitres to around 1 litre per second, depending on the dosing material. Don’t leave the quality of your products to chance.

    The vipro-DUO is based on the tried-and-tested progressive cavity technology. With regard to media, the vipro-DUO is just as versatile as other ViscoTec technologies: A wide range of media — ranging from low to high viscosity — can be dosed, for which precise results and high product lifetimes can be achieved, even with high filler content. With maximum reliability, a high level of quantity and form precision, plus the cost efficiency of your processes are the most important factors in production. Even a small deviation in dosing quantity caused by a temperature-dependent viscosity change can lead to a huge amount of rejected material, for example when dispensing adhesives.

    Sensors and process monitoring for absolute process reliability....

  • With the flowplus-SPT M6, ViscoTec is now launching the world’s smallest flush pressure sensor with a chemical – largely inert – pressure membrane made of FFKM. The miniature sensor is also currently the only sensor that achieves both pressure and temperature measurement with an M6 thread as process connection and a sensor body that is only 15.3 mm short.

    Here, the flowplus-SPT M6 sensor measures pressures of the material to be dispensed up to 40 bar at a temperature range from 5 to 50°C. The miniature sensor fits perfectly into the material outlet of ViscoTec dispensing systems, but can also be installed in other applications, where its small design reduces possible material losses due to dead space-optimized components. Thanks to its intuitive mechanics and short cable length, integration into ViscoTec dispensers is quick and easy, so that the flowplus-SPT M6 is immediately ready for process data acquisition.
