Allied Vision and SVS-Vistek, both part of the TKH Vision group, are proud to participate in SEMICON Southeast Asia 2024. Allied Vision offers a wide range of camera models covering the spectrum from 400-2200nm. The diversified interfaces and sensor choices allow semiconductor customers multiple options for different applications. 

SVS-Vistek is famous for its large format, high-resolution cameras like the SHR series. The SHR camera can provide a resolution as high as 151MP at a speed of 225 fps, which is extremely suitable for high-end, large-scale semiconductor inspection tasks.

As two leading brands in the machine vision industry, they specialize in providing professional cameras for various industries, enabling engineering projects with higher efficiency and accuracy. 

    As technology develops, the requirements for semiconductor inspection systems are rising correspondingly. The trend towards increasing nanoscale of microchips has led to increased requirements in terms of resolution, frame rate, and new inspection methodologies. Machine vision camera plays an important role in semiconductor inspection, enabling wafer inspection systems to detect surface, material, and process defects in bare wafers, epitaxial wafers, patterned wafers, and diced wafers throughout the entire manufacturing process. The typical types and requirements for cameras used in semiconductor inspection include high resolution for inspecting larger surfaces, high speed to fulfil the effective product process, as well as hyperspectral imaging such as SWIR to see through materials like silicon wafers for crack detection.

    The SHR series combines large pixel structures with the highest resolutions. The physical characteristics of large pixels guarantee outstanding image quality. High-quality harmonization of the pixels with defect pixel correction provides a noise-free image. The camera offers the highest structural precision in sensor adjustment in a massive, thermally highly optimized housing. The large M72 lens mount can be adapted to any lens.   • The FXO: Outstanding image and the latest interfaces

    The brand new FXO series combines the outstanding image quality of the Sony Pregius S sensor with the most modern high-speed interfaces. 10GigE, 25GigE and CoaXPress-12 are supported. The integrated strobe controller facilitates the construction of slim applications.

    The fourth generation of the Pregius S sensor from Sony with global shutter shines with outstanding image quality and is the heart of the FXO series. The 2.74 µm pixel has a high sensitivity to light and at the same time very low noise. The excellent homogeneity and dynamic range of the image is setting standards.

    A housing that is elaborately milled for each sensor size offers the optimal temperature distribution for this high-performance sensor. The FXO combines this sensor with the fastest interfaces in the machine vision sector.

    With an excellent image, fast interfaces, diverse inputs and an integrated multi-channel Strobe Controller, the FXO offers an extremely flexible, powerful and, at the same time, economical camera concept. The small pixel enables the use of cheaper lenses for the high resolutions.
