IDS2000 is built on a dispensing platform that is designed for fast, repeatable and accurate dispensing of a wide variety of materials. It is built using the latest technology on linear actuators and motors with close-loop feedback. Its accuracy and repeatability is extremely good and will meet or exceed the specifications demanded of today’s high end dispensing systems.

This system is versatile enough to handle all kinds of solder paste, SMT adhesives, UV and heat curable epoxies and 2-part (in dual Cartridge packaging) materials. It comes with integrated dispensing equipment, and can also be configured to work with external dispensers or valves, if necessary.

This platform is also available in conveyorized (3 sections, SMEMA standard) or standalone configuration. In the conveyorized model, board width is adjusted simply by keying in the correct dimensions instead of via manual adjustments.

GR2000 is a multifunctional dispensing platform created for a diverse range of applications. It is one of the few desktop platforms that facilitates programmable movement of the dispense valve in X, Y and Z direction instead of moving the product. This eliminates any performance issue or inconvenience in handling heavy substrates. This makes programming much more intuitive. The overhead gantry layout also offers flexibility when incorporating tooling and fixture. Each gantry axis is constructed with precision ground structure for rigidity and performance. All GR2000 is equipped with a standard camera for teaching purposes and fiducial alignment. It can be configured with a wide variety of dispense valves to suit different types of dispensing process including two component mixer heads for current application while allowing future upgrades to add on other optional features to enhance its process capability.

The PDos X1 from perfecdos is an innovative, pneumatically driven jet dosing valve (jet valve), which is the result of years of experience in automated micro dosing.

The patented actuator technology increases the spontaneity of the tappet drive system during closing phase. The motion characteristics of the tappet are accelerated in such a way that shorter overall opening times are achieved and higher forces can be generated. This produces very fine, precise and repeatable dispensing results.
The PDos X1’s performance in terms of dynamic single-drop dispensing is thus on a par with piezo-electric driven systems.

The dosing frequency can be 300 Hz in continuous operation – without restrictions.

The adjusting screw with scale on the head limits the stroke of the tappet movement and thus the tappet speed. If necessary, a readjustment can be carried out – very precisely – in order to influence batch variations in the dosing material for example. The scale division is optimized for this purpose and the reference marking is positioned so that it is clearly visible regardless of the valves mounting position.

The fluid contacting components can be aligned in 90° steps independently of the actuator. In its standard configuration, the nozzle area to the outer housing contour is accessible from 3 sides, at a distance of 10mm, allowing an integration even in constrained spaces.

The fluid body (fluidic) and heating element are designed in such a way that the substrate with the nozzle is exceptionally easily accessible, provides good visibility for the operator and at the same time allows optimum heat transfer deep into the nozzle area.
The heating element is designed as an independent, separate module.
During maintenance, the heater does not come into contact with the dosing fluid or cleaning solvents.

The wrench sizes of all relevant screw connections are uniform.

The PDos X1 offers the customer a wide range of permanently available nozzles and tappets with optimized geometries for a wide variety of applications.

The Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) series is the most recent addition to TechnoDigm™ dispensing product range. Designed to provide high precision and consistent dispensing volume.

Only high-quality components are used in the TechnoDigm™ Progressive Cavity Pump, which includes a high-end servo motor with close loop feedback and a precisely built stator and rotor that work together to offer exact volumetric dispensing. Furthermore, the pump body is entirely made of stainless steel, and the repeatability can be as good as 99%.

The PCP by TechnoDigm™ has been designed to ensure ease of operation and maintenance. The wetted parts of the dosing unit can be conveniently dismantled, followed by the stator from the pump housing. Furthermore, a spare dosing unit can be swapped in while the dismantled part is serviced, resulting in minimal downtime.

The PCP’s versatility is remarkable; it can dispense both shots and beads, making it an efficient dispensing tool in a variety of applications that involve die-attach, sealing, dotting, potting, and encapsulation. Furthermore, the PCP is compatible with a wide range of materials, ranging from adhesives, abrasive media, sealing compounds, epoxies, grease, oil, and silicones.
