  • Core self-developed technology improves programming efficiency.

    1. Swing welding: Provides triangular, sine, circular, and figure-8 swing modes. You can set the swing frequency, swing amplitude, left and right dwell time and other parameters to meet the weld size and forming requirements.
    2. Welding gun posture change: The theoretical operating angle and forward/backward angle can be attached to the teaching point to simplify the teaching method and ensure good weld quality and accuracy of welding posture.
    3. Multi-layer and multi-pass welding: For multi-layer and multi-pass welding of medium and thick plates, only the relevant points of the first weld need to be taught, and the remaining weld points are calculated based on the offset parameters, which greatly shortens the programming time. The parameters can be saved and called.

    Intelligent algorithm support to optimize welding quality.

    1. Positioning: welding wire positioning and laser positioning to ensure the accuracy of the robot in repeated operations.
    2. Weld seam tracking: arc tracking and laser tracking to ensure that the weld does not deviate, and the quality is stable.
    3. Welding database: monitor and record key parameters, establish a core database, and call expert-level parameters at any time.
