Overview

INNOGRITY, part of the Darcet Group, is a system integrator company established in 1996, delivering solutions in Semiconductor Equipment, Material Handling Automation and Water Treatment (Build-Own-Operate and Build-Operate-Transfer), mainly serving companies in the semiconductor and medical industries.

To date, INNOGRITY has an installed base of over 1000 standalone machines and has deployed over 50 turn-key automation solutions installed across Asia Pacific. We also have an installed base of over 20 water treatment plants, with the majority under build-own-operate arrangements. Our customer base is distributed across Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan

We focus on developing a deep understanding of our customers’ existing processes in order to provide unique solutions unavailable off the shelf. Our experience across both OEMs and OSATs means that we can provide a broader perspective when advising customers.

The company currently has operating offices in Singapore, Penang, Taiwan, Huzhou and Suzhou. Our team strength of more than 150 employees includes Design Engineers, Software Engineers and technical support teams that are operational 24/7.

  • Turret
    Our turret with high-speed, stable IC sorting performance, testing, laser marking, 3D, 5S checks, taping capability. It has nearly 20 years of stable mass production testing....

    • PKG: SOT/SOP/SOD/TO/QFN/DFN/LGA.
    • PKG Sizes :0.3*0.6 to 17*17mm (T≥0.375mm).
    • Turret equipment using high quality DDR motor and PC control system, can ensure the stability of the whole system and high capacity (UPH 50K)
  • Laser Dicer
    Seamless Laser Dicer—Using DCT patented light source and technology, the Seamless Laser Dicer is able to replace traditional blade dicing technology with the added advantage of involving no consumables....

    • Stealth Laser Dicer—Using infrared light, SLM multi-focus technique and RTF (real time focus) technology to enable higher efficiency. Using different laser sources enables the cutting of materials such as Si, SiC, optical glass, etc.)
    • Laser Grooving Machine-Using a picosecond laser source and SLM multi-focus technique reduces the heat-affected zone, enables a flatter and more even under side, higher efficiency and allows for precision-grooving (suitable for Low-k wafers, LCD driver wafers, SiC, GaN, etc.)
  • TCB (Thermal Compression Bonder)
    The first TCB that can be mass-produced in Local, combined with the needs of domestic customers for Chiplet advanced packaging for the second in-depth research and development, and the assembly and debugging are completed....

    •  The equipment has two mass production models: COS and COW.
    • Can realize different hot pressing bonding processes such as FC, CUF-TCB, NCP-TCB, NCF-TCB, COWOS, etc.
    • Can be realized: accuracy: ±1.5um, Chip size: 0.5x0.5-110x110(mm), multi-bonding heads, and the special requirements of two different incoming wafers.
  • Auto-packing
    Developed on a standardized platform of self-developed software and hardware, with an unrivalled modular design for functional modularization, flexibility, system integration....

    • Different modules can be matched according to customer requirements, with high-end marking systems, automatic detection image systems, vacuum packing systems integrated between processes
    • Support for different FOSB/HWS/FOUP/COG/REEL/TRAY packaging
    • Compatible with different output types from different customers without the need for reference, zero error rate, saving 90% of manpower. Compared with the traditional manual packaging process, the output can be increased to 3 to 4 times.
    • Darcet Technology’s self-developed ERX command center connects directly to the customer's factory’s ERP/PLM/MES/WMS system.
  • DI Water System
    We provide various types of pure water systems, ultra-pure water systems, recycled water reuse and other solutions....

    • We provide customers with various customized services such as one-stop design, construction, installation and commissioning of a complete set of water treatment systems. We also offer customer value added service on 24/7 uninterrupted operation, overhaul and maintenance of the water treatment system.
