  • TGS Series is a pyrolytic graphite-based thermal interface material with excellent thermal performance in both horizontal and vertical planes, which enhances the heat transfer efficiency from the original heat source. The soft and highly flexible properties allow better conformity and surface complaince between the two compressed surfaces. This high performance material is ultra-thin, light weight and can be customized to different shapes and sizes based on the application requirements. This thermally diffusive material is commonly used in handheld devices to avoid hotspots by extracting heat (generated from electronic devices) evenly over a large surface area, acting as a super lightweight heatsink. Pyrolytic graphite is designed to have covalent bonds between the graphene layers, giving it a high thermal performance in the XY directional plane. Pyrolytic graphite is produced by the thermal pyrolysis of hydrocarbons by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) at very high temperatures.

It also has a high thermal conductivity in the vertical (z-axis) direction. The soft nature of Indium provides a good conformance to the uneveness between 2 compressed surfaces. It will allow a consistent thermal efficiency across the whole material. It can also be customized into different shapes and sizes based on the requirements of the application.

  • LVM Series is a thermal interface material, which is a chemical combination of gallium-indium-tin alloy (Galinstan). It is metallic by itself and will be in liquid state even at room temperature. The material has a boiling point up to 2,000°C with very stable physical and chemical properties, making it non-volatile in air. It is a viscous thermal material with 100% metal content and has good thermal conductivity in the vertical (z-plane) direction. It is able to fill up any possible air gaps between 2 compressed surfaces, thus achieving high thermal performance. It is stable in liquid state at low temperature and will remain in its state when subjected to high temperature. Caution has to be taken that LVM series must not be used on aluminum as the Gallium in the liquid metal will have a bad reaction with the aluminum oxide.
