Japan Air Filter (JAF) was founded after its founder, Mr. Takeo Watanabe, was inspired by the air conditioning and air filtration systems he saw in New York City during the 1950s.
Since then, JAF has become a global leader in clean air systems, and pioneering in cleanroom air filtration technology.
With over 60 years of experience and expertise, JAF has served industries with different requirements on air quality, such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, microelectronics, power plants, office buildings and education institutes.
Since 2010, JAF has expanded globally with its first overseas operation in Malaysia (JAFM) and sales office in key markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, United States and China, as well as global distribtion to countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East and Europe.
In 2020, JAF has leveraged its strength in engineerng capability by developing V-Guard Air Filtration series for commercial spaces and application to combat outbreak of Covid-19.
This series features Virus Guard HEPA filter with cleanroom grade 12-inch thickness at 99.99% efficiency, protecting users from harmful particles and pollutants. V-Guard series also equipped with Terracomb activated carbon filter, which effectively remove unpleasant odour for palces with stink and pungent odour.
