Microtest is an Italian company established in 1998, devoted to find innovative solutions for semiconductors testing.
Today we are a costantly growing company that invest the 50% of annual revenues in R&D. Thanks to that we developed innovative Automated Test Equipments (ATEs) that we source globally, thanks to our network of sales representatives. In addition to that we work as a test house in Italy and in our newly established headquarter in Malacca. Finally we have a design solutions department, ready to serve our customers, providing innovative and fast solutions to every problem.
We provide solutions for many applications, from MEMS to wafer probing, instrip and final testing.
Our motto is "breakthrough innovations", since our patented solutions provide real innovations to our customers to satisfy every request.
