To accommodate a vast array of process requirements, our Alicat mass flow controller focuses on three mass flow technologies: laminar DP, MEMS thermal, and Coriolis. We also provide a wide range of high-performance pressure transducers and controllers. All products are offered with customization options.

Our mass flow meters are able to measure gas flow from 0.5 SCCM to 10,000 SLPM, with accuracies as good as ±0.5% of reading or ±0.05% of full scale and a measurement range of 0.01-100% (10,000:1 turndown).

Our IIOT solutions are highly modular and flexible. It are therefore suitable for Semiconductor, Solar, Medical and many other industries.
