Amoeba® AMB2600 is a low cost high power discrete tester designed for multi-site parallel testing with high throughput. To cater for the growing demand in power discrete devices for EV and energy industry, AMB2600 is able to source high voltage and current to meet the high power requirement of those devices. To be specific, 1 MOSFET/IGBT device requires only 1 module to test in shorter test time than competition in the market. Combined with the capability of performing multi-site and index parallel testing, it improves the test throughput even for the high power demanding tests.
In addition, AMB2600 has a scalable and modular system architecture up to 32 slots that can make use of wide range of best in cost discrete modules. Even better, AMB2600 comes with dual head which can operate independently from one another allowing you to connect to two handlers and run tests on two different applications at the same time all under the same system.
