As part of moving up our value chain offering in semiconductor industry, Sophic offer customers with integrated services from product engineering development and manufacturing engineering support. Over the years, our product engineering services have developed value-added capability to support customers’ new product launches through post-silicon validation, the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, and software development to improve product quality, in addition to productivity and efficiency. In manufacturing engineering support, we’re providing onsite support and engineering services in IC assembly and test process such as equipment installation and tool conversion, machine maintenance & troubleshooting, material transfer & management, production operation, PCB rework as well as thermal engineering.
