  • Thermal release tape
    The thermal release heating up temperatures are 90°C, 120°C or 150°C. Thermal release tape can be made as regular tape structure or double side tapes....

    ♠ Double side with foaming adhesive, for any production process, as carrier or temporary fixing.

    ♠ Single side foaming adhesive, for any production process, as carrier or temporary fixing.

  • Wafer Back Grinding Tape / Dicing Tape
