Bhd. is proud to announce its participation in SEMICON Southeast Asia 2025 (Booth#B2732), where it will unveil two groundbreaking products designed to revolutionize humidity management for the semiconductor industry: WiseFlex+ Eco-friendly Aluminum Metalized Desiccant Film and WiseSheet Polymer Desiccant Sheet.

  WiseFlex+ Eco-friendly Aluminum Metalized Desiccant Film: This innovative dual-action solution merges desiccant film with aluminum metallization, offering both internal moisture absorption and external vapor barrier protection. WiseFlex+ ’s aluminum layer not only blocks external humidity but actively adsorbs incidental moisture ingress—all while aligning with global ESG goals through reduced material waste and recyclability. 

  WiseSheet Polymer Desiccant Sheet: Redefining desiccant compactness, this ultra-thin polymer-based sheet replaces bulky desiccant packets, optimizing space in semiconductor carrier tape reels and packaging. Its sleek design enhances aesthetics without compromising performance.
