Our comprehensive portfolio features: Face Seal Fittings, Weld Fittings, Cylinder Connections, Quick-Connects, Hose Assemblies, Diaphragm Valves, Check Valves, High Purity Ball Valves, Pressure Regulators, EP Tubing, Gas Stick Assemblies, and Integrated Gas Systems.   Atomic Layer Deposition Diaphragm Valves ALD Series

  

  Atomic Layer Deposition Diaphragm Valves ALD Series provide quick response, with a total response time under 15 ms and valve opening/closing times under 5 ms. They offer an exceptionally long cycle life. Working pressure ranges from vacuum to 145 psig (10 bar). Standard and thermal models are available, with the thermal model supporting temperatures up to 392 °F (200 °C). These valves maintain high Cv stability at elevated temperatures. Normally open and normally closed pneumatic actuators are optional. Various connection types and sizes are available.

  Miniature Diaphragm Regulators RDCC Series

  

  Miniature Diaphragm Regulators RDCC Series feature a single-stage pressure reduction design with a combination of metal diaphragm and free poppet. This configuration ensures excellent sensitivity and stable outlet pressure. With their compact form, these regulators are ideal for low flow, ultra high purity applications. Lift poppet and diaphragm are made of Alloy C-22, offering excellent corrosion resistance. No threads are exposed to the wetted area for easy purging. FR metal gasket face seal, W-seal, and C-seal connections are available for diverse working conditions.

  Miniature Tied Diaphragm Regulators RTCC Series

  

  Miniature Tied Diaphragm Regulators RTCC Series feature a single-stage pressure reduction design and a compact form, making them ideal for low flow ultra high purity applications. Alloy C-22 lift poppet and Alloy C-276 diaphragm provide excellent corrosion resistance. No threads or springs are exposed to the wetted area for easy purging. FR metal gasket face seal, W-seal, and C-seal connections are available for diverse working conditions.

  Ruby Orifice Restriction Gaskets

  

  FITOK Ruby Orifice Restriction Gaskets are precision-engineered flow control elements made with high-precision ruby, ensuring accurate fluid flow control in pipelines. With exceptional resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and high temperatures, these gaskets provide reliable performance under harsh conditions. They are widely used in semiconductor etching equipment.
