Overview

Polish national pavilion at SEMICON SEA consist of 4 entities:

  • Łukasiewicz – the Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics (Łukasiewicz – IMiF, https://imif.lukasiewicz.gov.pl/en) belongs to the Łukasiewicz network - leading group of research institutes in Poland. The institute specializes in advanced technologies, including the development of semiconductors, photonics, and materials science, including projects on silicon electronics, sensors applications, detectors, MEMS, photonic technologies and gallium nitride (GaN)-based technologies. The innovations being developed are applications oriented for sectors like manufacturing, renewable energy, automotive, and defense.

  • XTPL (https://xtpl.com) - globally innovative company developing breakthrough, additive manufacturing technology for ultra-precise printing of nanomaterials.At present, the company is focusing on commercialization of its technology in chosen application fields. The first one is displays, the second is the smart glass market, the third area is semiconductor industry. Company offers Delta Printing System, Ultra-Precise Dispensing System, and High-Performance Materials.

  • Centre for Advanced Materials and Technologies - CEZAMAT (https://cezamat.pw.edu.pl/aboutus/cezamat) - The objective of the CEZAMAT project is to create a platform that will integrate the research community and enable the interdisciplinary development of research on modern materials and technologies. Thanks to the new research infrastructure and integrated research programmes, it is possible to conduct joint scientific research and development at the highest level and to popularise and implement modern technologies.

  • ENSEMBLE3 (https://ensemble3.eu/about-us) - located in Warsaw, Poland builds on the pioneering work of Prof. Czochralski and following world-leading expertise. Based on unique expertise, materials, and apparatus we offer joint research and development in the field of novel materials for photonics, crystalline materials technology development, on-demand designed materials including crystal boules, wafers, fibres, and elements, material characterization
