・Frequency can be selected according to the workpiece (High-performance polymer concave probe)

  • Ultrasonic Cleaner : W-357-1MQG-SKC (1MHz)
This cleaner cleans wafers and masks by superimposing ultrasonic waves on a quartz vibrating element.
Low damage and high cleanliness are achieved....

  • Special feature

Cleans fine-patterned wafers with minimal damage
■Cleaning semiconductor wafers by superimposing ultrasonic waves on a quartz transducer unit
By propagating ultrasonic vibration from the quartz transducer unit to the semiconductor wafer through the chemical solution, the chemical solution in contact with the wafer vibrates, and the acceleration of the vibration removes contaminants from the surface.
■Clean cleaning is achieved with minimal damage to the semiconductor wafer.
By using quartz for the chemical contact area, there is no elution or abrasion of rubber compared to equipment using rubber materials such as packing, and clean cleaning is realized.
■The transducer cooling function enables stable continuous operation without frequency fluctuation by cooling the transducer with gas (nitrogen, etc.).
Cooling also eliminates abrupt temperature changes and extends service life.

    Applications

    • Resist residue removal

    • Polymer removal after edging and ashing

    • Gate electrode cleaning

    • Cleaning after CMP

  • Ultrasonic Cleaner : W-357-3MPG [Nozzle type]
This pulse-jet washing machine cleans by placing ultrasonic vibrations into a clean water stream.
It is suitable for single-wafer cleaning....

  • The use of 3 MHz removes even finer particles while minimizing damage.

Stable ultrasonic waves are emitted in response to changes in water and ambient temperatures.
The output is controlled by constant power to keep the energy supplied to the transducer constant. Frequency tracking and constant power control work in concert to stabilize ultrasonic oscillation from the transducer and reduce oscillator losses.

    Output Monitoring
RS422A-compatible, external output variable is available. Voltage output values are also output in 4-20 mA.

  • Ultrasonic Cleaner : WDX series [Separate type]
Our unique "Dyna-Shock Modulation (DM)" system, made possible by full-digital technology, provides optimal cleaning power to meet the needs of each application, from soft to hard cleaning....

  • Product Features

Our unique "Dyna-Shock Modulation (DM)" method by full digital technology enables full-range cleaning, from gentle to powerful, and provides the optimum cleaning effect for each application.

What is the Dyna Shock Modulation (DM) ?

The DM (DYNASHOCK MODULATION) is an oscillation method to obtain optimal cleaning effect for both gentle and powerful cleaning by controlling the ratio (modulation) of ultrasonic power generated simultaneously by two frequencies from the same transducer while the total output power remains constant.

By adjusting the ultrasonic power ratio between a low-frequency component suitable for powerful cleaning and a high-frequency component suitable for precision cleaning with low damage, optimal cleaning effects can be obtained according to the cleaning purpose, from powerful cleaning to precision cleaning.

In the WDX series, the ultrasonic power ratio of the two frequencies is called DM modulation. When the ultrasonic power of the low-frequency component is PL and the ultrasonic power of the high-frequency component is PH, it is defined as DM modulation degree = PL÷PH.

    Special feature

◆Dyna-shock modulation (DM) method reduces cleaning irregularities and damage, and allows selection of cleaning power according to the application, from precision cleaning to hard cleaning of metal processed parts, etc.
◆The selection of DM modulation generates uniform ultrasonic waves with high sound pressure throughout the entire tank. This allows for even and uniform cleaning.
