One of the six core technology products independently developed by RIGHTLEDER, the Ryperm® Curved Micro-Conducting System, has been widely used in the field of photovoltaic semiconductors. The Ryperm® Curved Micro-Conducting System uses the characteristics of high membrane thickness and high porosity to increase the number of paths for water to pass through the membrane and reduce the pressure per unit membrane area. When obtaining the same volume of water, the resistance overcome by the water becomes smaller, and the corresponding pressure provided by the outside world also becomes smaller, which can achieve high-throughput and low-energy operation of the system. Through the analysis of the water quality of the system inlet water and the comprehensive characteristics of the project, the water utilization rate of the Ryperm® system is much higher than that of the traditional reverse osmosis system, thereby effectively reducing the operating cost.
