Overview
For 30 years, Ceratronics has specialized in a wide variety of ceramics (alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, etc.) and served customers from various industries, including semiconductors, in Singapore and Malaysia. Now, we have expanded our portfolio to supply metals and plastics of various types as well, including special materials for special applications such as rhodium, molybdenum copper, PEEK-1000, etc.
Apart from wholesaling raw and custom materials, we also source and supply special components and tools to cater to customers' special needs in the semiconductor industry. Examples include:
- Ceramic/hybrid bearings for anti-corrosion or wear and tear
- Ceramic tape for heat insulation and extreme heat applications
- Custom drill bits, end mill cutters, mill inserts (customizable cut diameter, shank length, coating, etc.)
With rapid technological advancements in various industries, comes higher performance demands than ever for semiconductors. We now supply diamond and wide-bandgap materials to enable customers' increasing thermal management performance needs. Such products include:
