    Tokimeku offers a custom systems-integration service to automate production lines. Each project is custom-fit for our customers, allowing them to automate their manufacturing, without having to make drastic changes to their current processes....

    • Tokimeku offers a custom systems-integration service to automate your production line. Each project is custom-fit for our customers, allowing them to automate their whole manufacturing process or simply segments of it, without having to make drastic changes to their current processes.

    By using our customer's existing machines and enabling various stand-alone equipment to communicate with each other, our automation solutions allow customers to automate without having to take big risks or investments. This allows for partial, or "bite-sized" automation. 

    In this show machine iteration, we combine a LPKF laser depaneling machine and a HAKKO auto-soldering station, 2 completely standalone machines from different brands, into 1 automated system. From start to finish, this unit flows with no additional manpower required. Starting from automated loading and unloading from the laser depaneling machine, camera inspection, and loading/unloading onto the auto-soldering machine, this machine runs smoothly with a main robotic arm that picks and place at various parts of the cycle.

    Both hardware and software can be changed to suit our customer's requirements or existing infrastructure.

    • Those in the electronics manufacturing industry will be no stranger to HAKKO, a crowd favourite boasting high quality soldering, desoldering and rework tools and equipment. On display at the show will be our latest release of soldering stations, such as the FX-888DX, a twist on our all time favourite FX-888D, as well as the FX-971 Next-Gen Soldering Station and the FX-972 200W Dual Port Soldering Station.

    The Hakko HU-200 Auto-soldering station allows for consistency and repeatability in soldering. Remove the need for manual soldering in production and eradicate the chances of human error and inconsistencies. The HU-200 is an all-in-one soldering robot system into which the solder feed controller and the programming software are incorporated. All operations such as soldering conditions including position, speed, solder feed amount and heating time can be controlled collectively by the tablet PC provided as standard equipment. Easy-to-use programming interface with a joy-stick control for positioning allows anyone to create a soldering program easily even with no prior knowledge. Hakko's auto soldering system can be further customised with just the solder feed and solder iron set, which can be fitted onto a custom-made robot for various purpose as required.

    • BGA Rework: Our rework systems provide a complete process, including precise visual alignment, inspection, heating, vacuum suction removal of BGA chips, automatic feeding, and soldering. Some stations are equipped with a 3-level smoke purification system and IR pre-heating to ensure protection for both your team and your boards. Additionally, our smart rework stations can connect to optional MES software for temperature analysis and traceability.
    • X-RAY Inspection: Available in both inline and offline configurations, our X-RAY Inspection systems enable comprehensive inspection of a wide range of components, including LED, IGBT, IC, BGA, semiconductors, SMT, and PTH.
