Optical Gaging Singapore (OGS) was established in Singapore in 1995 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Vision International, Inc (QVI) the holding company for Optical Gaging Products (OGP) worldwide.

    SmartScope® Vantage™ 450 is a floor stand coordinate measurement system designed to incorporate optical, touch probes, and laser sensors for versatility and accuracy. 

    Both the Vantage 450 and Vantage 450 with extended Y travel are designed to measure larger parts, or to accommodate fixtures of multiple parts or rotary indexers. A solid granite bridge design platform rests on a sturdy steel support structure. This yields high-speed stage translation without vibration, maximizing measurement throughput. The bridge design limits measured part motion to the Y axis.

  • DRS™ Laser

    A DRS™ (Digital Range Sensor) Laser Probe on a SmartScope® systems provides non-contact, high resolution surface contouring to supplement video measurements. The metrology software integrates DRS laser data points as easily as those gathered by video measurement. Both linear and area scans are easily programmed into automatic measurement routines for accurate measurement of surface contours.

    TTL (Through-The-Lens) Laser

    The TTL laser is completely integrated within optical systems of certain SmartScope® multisensor metrology machines. Scanning the laser spot over a surface provides detailed surface contours as part of a multisensor measurement routine. The steep imaging angle of TTL laser provides access to surface features that are recessed or located adjacent to vertical surfaces.
