  • TEMPE, Ariz. (September 3, 2019) ‒ Versum Materials, Inc. (NYSE: VSM), a leading materials supplier to the semiconductor industry, announced today it would showcase its next-generation CMP slurries, ultra-thin dielectric and metal film precursors, formulated cleans and etching products, and delivery equipment at SEMICON Taiwan. The event takes place September 18-20, 2019 at the TWTC Nangang Hall Exhibition Center in Taiwan.

    Visitors are invited to booth M148 to meet with the company’s materials experts to learn about the optimal materials and equipment for use in the manufacture of next-generation semiconductors, including its GasSTAR® TE11—the newest offering within the company’s Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) portfolio. The GasSTAR TE11 is our latest generation of controls technology based on a PLC platform for specialty gas delivery systems.  The company will also showcase the ION-X® sub‐atmospheric dopant gas storage and delivery system for the safe storage and delivery of sub-atmospheric dopant gases such as arsine, phosphine and boron trifluoride, as well as the latest advanced container offerings, developed in close collaboration with our customers to explicitly handle a diverse array of molecules.
