Established in 2002, the headquarter of ProbeLeader (PL) is located in Hsin Chu, Taiwan.

We have another 3 companies in China:ProbeLeader (WUXI) Co., Ltd. focus on probe card design and assembly; ProbeLeader Technology Co., Ltd. focus on agent business; ProbeLeader-Tech(SHANGHAI) Co., Ltd. focus on chemical business.

PL has 3 major business:

  1. We design and manufacturing probe cards, Load-Boards, IC sockets for logic, CIS, High Voltage(up to 2,000V) applications. We have production lines in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan and WuXi, China, as well as a repair center in Kaohsiung.

  1. Represent for 6S AOI Die Sorter with AI Function, Particle Visualization Inspection System, Active Vibration Isolation, UV Curing, Pick & Place, Wafer Tester, Graphite Susceptor, Slurry, Cutting Fluid …

  1. Providing sales, relocation, refurbishment and after-services of used-equipments for the semiconductor industry.
